Mensah Sarbah Hall so far is the only hall in the University of       Ghana that carries out Alumni Celebrity Platform Lectures mainly to motive current students for higher aspirations and accomplishments. However, for the past few years, the Alumni of the Hall and the Hall as a whole have not been able to organize this vital event due to some challenges

It is therefore worthy of mention that, last year, this important program on Hall's calendar was held and hosted the eminent economists,  Professor Ernest Aryeetey, former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ghana as the Guest Speaker.

Despite the outbreak of covid-19 and its related social obstructions, prominent members including Kwesi Prempeh, Esq, Director of Ghana School of Law was in attendance as Guest of Honour.
